Shipping & Handling

We are currently only able to offer shipping to New Zealand Addresses. All orders are shipped by way of New Zealand Post Ltd, tracking is available however under New Zealand Posts terms and conditions insurance is not available.

Shipping costs are as follows:

$5.00 Flat Rate Postage & Handling – Residential Addresses

$9.80 Flat Rate Postage & Handling – Rural Addresses

Shipping Times

Your order will be packaged and handed over to NZ Post within 24 hours of your order being accepted. NZ Posts delivery target is 3 days however this is subject to vary depending on many factors such as your location (rural/residential/North Island/South Island etc) and the current Covid pandemic so we ask that you allow 10 days for your package to arrive.

If after 10 days your package has not arrived we will instigate an investigation with NZ post. If your package is unable to be found by New Zealand Post Ltd we will refund the cost of your purchase inclusive of postage and packaging.
