Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the http://www.oh-snap.co.nz website (the “Service”) operated by Oh Snap! (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditional on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
All prices and shipping costs are stated in New Zealand dollars. We accept Visa, Mastercard and AfterPay.
We exercise reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and products prices appearing on our website are correct at the time when the relevant content was entered into our website. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been inadvertently published incorrectly, including prices and promotions.
Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay in the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position of a certain product may change between this time period. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before your order has been accepted we will notify you as soon as possible. You will not be charged for out of stock items.
All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Whilst we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may only be available in limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Items may be returned at the buyers expense for any reason within days of purchase for exchange or store credit. Products must be unworn and in their original condition. Postage is not refundable. Standard delivery charges of $5 postage and packaging apply on re-delivery for exchanges, unless goods are being exchanged due to being faulty.
Worn, damaged or altered products may not be exchanged, returned or refunded unless they are faulty.
If the product is faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. We will either, repair if possible, replace if practicable and if these options are not possible, we’ll provide a credit or refund.
Please contact us by email in the first instance with a photo of the item that is damaged and your preference as to whether you would prefer a refund, exchange for goods of the same value or store credit. Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Shipping & Handling
All orders are shipped by way of New Zealand Post Ltd, tracking is available however under New Zealand Posts terms and conditions insurance may not be available. Should an item go missing and be unable to be found by New Zealand Post Ltd we will refund the cost of your purchase plus postage and packaging.
